Job Description
As a Senior Penetration Tester, you will lead security testing activities to identify, exploit, and help remediate vulnerabilities in the systems, applications, and infrastructure of both the company and its clients.This role focuses not only on technical execution but also encompasses testing strategies, team mentoring, and communicating risks to stakeholders. You are expected to provide actionable insights to improve the overall security posture.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute effective testing methodologies
- Identify, exploit, and validate vulnerabilities
- Prepare clear and actionable technical and executive reports
- Provide appropriate and realistic mitigation recommendations
- Conduct red teaming / adversary simulation (as needed)
- Mentor and review the work of junior team members (L1/L2)
- Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the threat landscape and exploit techniques
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience in penetration testing or offensive security
- Experience in vulnerability exploitation
- Understanding of testing methodologies such as the OWASP Testing Guide
- In-depth understanding of the OWASP Top 10
- Familiarity with frameworks such as PTES or OSSTMM
- Experience using vulnerability scanners such as Nessus or OpenVAS
- Understands web technology concepts such as HTTP, REST API, and authentication
Skillsets
- Possess a deep understanding of web application security
- Possess a strong understanding of network security
- Possess scripting skills using Python or Bash
- Ability to analyze authentication and authorization flaws
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess good technical and non-technical communication skills
- Experience : 4+ Years
- Working Hours : 09 AM To 05 PM
